The following is information taken from the ABA By-Laws concerning All-State tryouts:

The purpose of the District All-State Auditions and All-State Music Festival is to provide an opportunity for instrumen­tal music students to be evaluated on an individual basis and possibly be selected to play in one of the All-State Bands.

The 2011 All-State tryouts will be held on January 29th.
